Our first X-Ray image of a SMD IC. Created by firing ~20keV radiation through a chip to a webcam, snapping 50 photos and then combining them with imagemagick.

The black square on top is a waffer, three triangles on bottom are the pins.

We are one step closer to make photosensitive PCB exposure without any paper templates or films, using just our laser engraver with UV laser module instead.  However, it still needs some adjustments to beam intensity and movement.
